AI Scheduler

Working closely with our client, we created an AI agent that handles new inbound job requests from prospective customers, informing them of suitability, pricing and availability. ‍ The AI Agent then summarises and schedules the job as well as notifying the contractor via SMS. All the contractor has to do is confirm the appointment or suggest an alternative time, at which point the customer will receive a confirmation or will be given the option to select an alternative appointment time.
